At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once we receive and inspect the items.
